Founded in 1924, Bohra Oil Mills stands as a symbol of trust built over four generations. What began with a single oil press has evolved into a modern manufacturing facility rooted in heritage. Our commitment has remained unchanged—pure, traditionally crafted oils refined through innovation, care, and a century of expertise.
the story began
Our story began with a vision to create oils that preserved the true essence of nature. From a rented workshop and a handful of machines in the early 20th century to becoming a trusted oil manufacturer, each turning point in our history reflects dedication, growth, and a relentless pursuit of quality.
The Establishment
Our oil firm was first established in 1924 by importing equipment from Germany in a rented setup. Initial firm name was Indradhanush Oil, in which Sesame oil was produced.
Classic Extension
In 1940, our oil firm introduced Kacchi Ghani oil with the name of Indradev Kacchi Ghani Oil. We also expanded our machine capabilities to handle market demand.
Full Expansion
In 1975, we extended our oil production plant by purchasing our own land and shifted from a rented plant to a owned plant in the industrial area of Faridabad.
Cold Pressed Quality
In 2002, our firm introduced a setup of cold pressed machines to build a good and healthy mustard oil by keeping the health benefits of cold pressed oil.
New Factory Setup
In 2024, we introduced our new firm ‘Bohra Oil Mills’ with the setup of 2 fresh oil production plants. We also introduced some other oil varieties in our product range.
